Kerry Griffiths, Dental Nurse
NVQ L3 Oral Health Care: Dental Nursing & Indp Asses NEBDN 2002, GDC No.129472
I became a dental nurse 14 years ago. I soon realised how much I enjoyed dentistry and worked hard at furthering dental nursing as a career. I went on to expand my knowledge and gain a qualification in dental radiography, clinical dental photography and treatment coordinating. I aim to provide a high level of customer service and to build excellent relationships with the patients I meet. I enjoy making patient journeys more personal and getting to know each individual patient, and working for Changing Faces we strive for a unique experience for everyone.
As well as my nursing I administer our practice management system, working with our Registered Manager, Marcus Gambroudes, ensuring that we meet the standards of the Care Quality Commission. In recent months I have helped develop our quality policy to help ensure that the standard of service meets the expectations and needs of our patients perfectly. This level of quality is achieved through vigilant organization in a secure and ever-improving environment. Our standards and procedures meet ‘Essential Standards for Quality and Safety’ from the Care Quality Commission.
I can honestly say I love my job and love seeing patients smile and the appreciation they show when they complete their treatment, knowing how conscious they once were about smiling at the beginning of their journey.
