Dr Carelyn Issac
BSC BDS (KINGS) MSC (LONDON), GDC NO. 211274
My first experience with sedation started when visiting the dentist at a young age, and I later developed my interest while studying dentistry at Guy’s Hospital, Kings College London.
Since qualifying as a dentist in 2011, I’ve discovered a natural ability to help anxious patients overcome their fears. Providing sedation to anxious patients is now the focus of my career.

I understand exactly what it is like to feel anxious and worried about dental treatment, as I was once that same nervous patient! My shared understanding with patients allows me to deliver the levels of care that I believe everyone deserves.
I have a caring and gentle approach which has allowed me to develop long-standing and trusting relationships with patients—even with the most challenging of phobias.
I have successfully provided care and treatment for hundreds of nervous and dental-phobic patients who otherwise would be considered untreatable.
I’m advancing her knowledge and skillset with further post-graduate training at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute.
